If you are interested in one or more tours just contact us by phone - +39 059 680035 - or by e-mail, we will inform you about the availability, we will send you our proposal, and in the vast majority of our tour, on your request, we can arrange you a 48 hours not binding option.

The booking will be confirmed when you will send us the holiday booking confirmation form and the holiday contract, filled in and signed, together with the copy of the receipt for payment of the advance, which must be equal to the 25% of the whole holiday amount (or balance if you a leaving for the tour within less than a month).

Verde Natura will send you back by mail or by fax the holiday contract countersigned.

Once the balance received (this must be done within 30 days from the departure date), Verde Natura will send you (more or less 15/20 days within the departure date) the travel documents that consist in: vouchers, general information, direction for getting to the first hotel, and the Europ Assistance insurance certificate. At the first hotel you will also receive some other tourist brochures, an information pack, maps and road book (if scheduled in the holiday program).
