Day 1: Castellammare di Stabia (Naples)
Individual arrival and boarding at 6pm at the Marina of Castellammare di Stabia (Naples). Check-in, welcome drink, dinner and presentation of the program.
Overnight onboard at the harbor of Castellammare di Stabia.
Day 2: Castellammare di Stabia – Pompeii – Castellammare di Stabia (14 km/ 8,6 miles)
Cycle round trip to Pompeii, the most visited archeological site in the world, the hosting many and well-preserved ruins, left behind by a city buried in Vesuvius’s wake in the year 79 A.D. and part of UNESCO Heritage.
After the visit, we’ll cycle back to the Marina of Castellammare and start sailing to Sorrento. Walking visit of the town and return to the boat.
Dinner and overnight onboard in roadstead or at the harbor, according to weather/sea conditions.
Day 3: Sorrento – Positano – Amalfi (34 km/ 21 miles)
After breakfast, departure by bike along the Sorrento Coast. We’ll cycle up the Passo San Pietro (St. Peter’s Pass) and enter the area of the Amalfi Coast. Our journey continues along the wonderful road overlooking the sea up to Positano.
After the visit of Positano, we’ll continue towards Amalfi, which at the end of the 10th century was the most powerful Mariner Republic of the Western world.
Return to our boat.

Day 4: Amalfi – Minori – Vietri – Cetara (27 km/ 16,7 miles) | alternative option to Ravello (37 km/ 23 miles)
From Amalfi, we’ll continue our cycling trip along the coast, pedaling on the coastal road overlooking the sea and crossing the small villages of Minori, Maiori and Cetara. It is possible to make a deviation and go up towards Ravello; located at 300 mt. above sea level, from this village dominating the Mediterranean, you can enjoy a wonderful view on the Gulf of Salerno and over to the Cilento mountains.
Return on the road along the coast to finally reach Vietri.
Dinner on your own and overnight onboard in the small fishing harbor of Cetara.
Day 5: Capri hiking tour
Navigation to Capri and arrival in Marina Piccola, on the exclusive little island of Capri.
Hiking tour of the island, reaching the village of Capri with its famous “piazzetta” and then continue to the iconic Faraglioni. From above the cliff we will enjoy a wonderful view over the Gulf of Naples dominated by Mount Vesuvius.
In the afternoon, boarding and navigation to the volcanic island of Ischia.
Dinner and overnight onboard at the harbor in Ischia Casamicciola.
Day 6: Ischia (18 km/ 11 miles)
Cycling from the port of Ischia Casamicciola, we will cross cycling the west part of the island among the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean Sea, passing by all the small villages of which the island is scattered.
At the thermal village of Sant’Angelo, boarding and overnight at the harbor in Ischia Sant’Angelo.
Day 7: Procida and Solfatara volcano
We’ll sail up to the island of Procida, where we’ll enjoy a walking visit of the village La Corricella and the Abbey of San Michele.
Return to the boat to continue to Pozzuoli, in the Bay of Naples. Walking tour of the historical city centre of Pozzuoli with a stop at the Roman Amphitheatre, the third biggest Amphitheatre of the roman empire. After the visit, we will sail up to Marina di Castellammare di Stabia (in case of bad weather/sea conditions, it is possible to reach Castellammare with public transport).
Overnight at the Marina of Castellammare di Stabia.
Day 8: Castellammare di Stabia (Naples)
Breakfast and disembarkation by 9am.
End of services.
The captain and the Tour Leader reserve the right to make alterations to the itinerary, depending on wind, sea and weather conditions or organizational requirements.
We wish to specify that this is not a sailing trip. The ship is a motor vessel, it has sails but the navigation is powered by engines.
Terrain: several ups and downs; the daily stages are between 25 and 35 km; there is plenty of time to complete the bike tours, so you can cycle at your own pace all along the itinerary. However, this tour is recommended to people who have a good experience in biking tours. Not suitable for beginners. Difference in height is between 40 and 700 mt per day.
Roads: country/secondary roads on day 2 (Pompeii); on day 3 and 4 (Amalfi Coast), you will ride on the Coastal road, open to vehicular traffic. There are no bike paths on the Amalfi Coast. On day 5 (Capri) you will walk on paths overlooking the sea. On day 6 (Ischia), the itinerary is on secondary roads or coastal road (open to traffic). On day 7 (Procida and Pozzuoli), you will walk on secondary roads or paths.

Pets: not allowed.
Bicycles: unisex aluminium city bikes 24 gears, Shimano shifter, reinforced rims and tubes. Every adult bike is equipped with a rear pannier and a front bag, both completely waterproof.
Child bicycles: 20′ and 24′, child tandem, trailer and seat.
Adult e-bikes available on request.
Helmet is not compulsory, but highly recommended. Helmets available for rent at the cost of 15€/week (to be booked in advance and paid on the spot).
Bicycle rental contract to be signed on the spot.
Possibility to request a Bicycle Coverage for Damage and Theft for rented bikes.

Parking: you can park your car in the Marina of Castellammare di Stabia. Guarded parking €50 for the week. Reservation is not necessary.
Dietary requirements: Vegetarian meals are available, but please indicate this at the reservation. An additional charge of €50 per person will be applied to provide lactose or gluten-free meals. In all other allergy or intolerance cases we will check the possibility of catering for it. In some cases an additional charge may apply.
Other payment service: transfers to be requested and paid in advance: from Naples Capodichino airport or from Central station to Marina di Castellammare di Stabia or vice versa €40 per person.

From here take the bus line Alibus to Naples central train station, then follow instructions in the section By train.
By train: from Naples train station take the Circumvesuviana train and stop at Castellammare Centrale station, then take a taxi to the Marina of Castellammare di Stabia (more detailed information will be on the info sheet).
By car: from Naples continue on the A3 highway in the direction of Pompei – Salerno, exit the highway at Castellammare di Stabia, take the SS145 in the direction of Castellammare, turn right in via Ripuaria, at the stop sign turn left in Via Napoli and then turn right in Traversa Varo. Once you have passed the rail crossing, turn left in Corso de Gasperi, and after 200 mt. you arrive at the entrance of the Marina.
